Availability

All items are in stock and available for immediate shipment.  After an order is received, Susan's Jewelry will respond by e-mail with shipping information. Every effort will be made to fulfill orders in a timely fashion.

Payment

When ordering via the internet and through our "shopping cart" system, visitors are required to pay by credit card. At the time the order is placed, the credit card transaction will be verified, authorized, and completed via a secured server. We accept 

Returns

All of the products offered by Susan's Jewelry are covered by a "Customer Satisfaction Guarantee". If upon receipt of an order, the Customer is not 100% satisfied with the merchandise, the merchandise can be returned for a refund of the merchandise cost. Customer pays for returned shipping.  The customer is responsible for paying returned postage. Returns must be mailed to the address on your packing invoice. They must be insured for the full value, and a tracking number must be obtained and emailed to us. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
