How long does it take Susan's Jewelry to ship my order?

We know you are anxious to get your order; and most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. 


What do I do if I need to return something?

First, please contact us by email  customerservice@susansjewelry.net  or by phone 1-951-264-4133 and let us know of the problem. Package your product securely, and include a copy of your invoice. Address your package to us too the address on your invoice with in 30 days of purchase. Insure your package and request a delivery receipt and a tracking number. Email the tracking number to us. Do not by any means indicate on the package that the item contains jewelry. You are responsible for paying your own return postage.

 Is my credit card purchase secure?

Susan's Jewelry takes the current issue of internet security very seriously.
We have gone to extreme lengths to ensure the information provided to us is confidential, secure and valid.
Each credit card purchase is subject to several levels of credit card fraud screening. Only when all levels of screening have been passed, will we place a transaction on your credit card. Here are some of the measures you will see on line and there are many behind the scenes features that you won't see. What you can be sure of is that your information is more secure with us that in any retail store or restaurant in America.

Example 1: We utilize the PayPal shopping cart service when transferring confidential information from you to us. The check out form is located on the PayPal.net secured servers. You can tell that you are about to place a secure order by looking at the URL in the address box. It begins with https:// and you will also notice a small padlock on the lower right of your screen.  

We utilize the PayPal shopping cart service because they are professionals involved in processing credit card orders every single day. We believe that fraud prevention should be left to the experts in the field, Susans Jewelry is only a retail business and their expertise is jewelry, not internet credit card security.

Example 2:  The information running on the server and the engines that run the shopping cart services are hidden files on the server. No one sees the files that are actually running.

Example 3:  Using  SSL API, all orders and payment information sent from our Web server are encrypted using industry standard RC4 1024-bit encryption with SSL Version 3. This encrypted and secure data is routed to the credit card processor, decrypted and processed. All processed information (Approved/Declined transactions) is then re-encrypted and sent securely back to the website. Once at the Web server, it is decrypted and displayed to the consumer. Also, order confirmation e-mails are sent to the consumer and to the merchant. The SSL API guarantees that the orders and payment information generated by Susan's Jewelry remains totally secure.

Example 4: Every single order is subjected to the address verification system. If your credit card account does not match the address you submit, merchandise will not ship and we will initiate fraud prevention measures.

Example 5: We appreciate your repeated business with us. Due to internet fraud which mainly effects the merchant,  the number of orders you place with other merchants in a certain amount of time, and the amount of your orders  will be scrutinized.

Example 6: We have a record of your IP address when you place an order. with this address, we know where the order is coming from. If we have reason to believe this could be a fraudulent order, fraud prevention measures will be initiated.

Example 7: We may call you to verify your order. We will have obtained personal information from the credit card issuer. If our questions do not match what they have on hand, we will initiate fraud prevention measures.

As you can see, Susan's Jewelry takes the issues of security very very seriously. Credit card fraud stops here. If you are making a fraudulent purchase, all the data we collect on you will be passed on to the authorities

Is Your Jewelry Real ?

Yes, our jewelry is genuine. We do not carry gold plated merchandise or miss represented goods.. The gold is solid 14k or 18k and gemstones and diamonds are real. Each purchase is accompanied with a certificate of authenticity.

Do you provide ring sizing service?

At this time, we do not provide sizing or repair service, but will in the future.
