About our jewelry

1.  Every piece of jewelry that is purchased is subjected to a through rigorous inspection.
2.  Jewelry is inspected further to insure that the gold and gemstones are genuine.
3. The gold is further tested for porosity and purity insuring that 14k gold stamped jewelry is actually 14k and not less.
4.  Gold solder joints are inspected for good solid flow with no porosity and correct gold content.
4.. Merchandise purchased is newly manufactured goods.
5. All of  our jewelry, gemstones, and diamonds are the real thing. We do not sell gold plated, silver, fake or costume jewelry.
 6.These inspections insure that our customers purchases will be free of  any defects in workmanship and will be purchasing only real, top quality product.
7. Susan's Jewelry does not stock merchandise as with a traditional jewelry store.
    We are located near the jewelry manufacturing centers in Los Angeles, California.
   When an order is received, the order is forwarded to the appropriate manufacturer
   or supplier. The order is sent to us for inspection and then sent to the customer.
8. Pictures have been enlarged to show detail on this web site.
    We do not use misleading computer aided design images.
     Dimensions have been provided for all items.
9. We do not provide ring sizing service. Rings are sold in the size indicated.
